One-Month Instagram Launch
We initiated a month-long campaign on Instagram. The influencer himself wasn't an expert in baking cakes, so we brought in a specialized expert who appeared in the influencer's stories and periodically shared valuable content. Yes, such collaborations can be effective. We compensated the expert a fixed sum for recording course lessons over the span of one month, and separately for her participation in creating content for the influencer's Instagram. We conducted daily warm-up activities in stories, consisting of 15-17 stories, and published several posts for the feed.
Two-Day Free Webinar.
This involved two live broadcasts. On the first day, we talked about the profession and how individuals, especially women, could earn from home by making cakes. On the second day, we presented our product and opened sales for the course.
Established Sales and Customer Support Departments.
Since the average course price was relatively low, we hired several individuals to handle customer support. They assisted people in course payments and resolved any issues that arose during the payment process. Our team of managers consisted of six people. We hired and trained all of them two weeks before the sales launch, ensuring they were well-versed in the technology.
