How we sold an SMM course for $255,000

What we did:
We conducted a 2-month launch on Instagram.
We studied the audience and unpacked the expert as a personality, an expert, and a blogger. Based on this, we created a daily content plan for stories and posts. The content plan was based on the expert's daily plans, personal interests, and thoughts. The most important thing in our work is when the audience starts to respect and love their blogger even more. That's what happened in this case too. We began to receive a huge amount of feedback in direct messages on our stories, where subscribers expressed their respect, sharing that they have very similar thoughts and views on life. Thus, working for 2 months, we warmed up the audience to the point that every day hundreds of people were asking us to sell the course and open sales.
We held a free online event for subscribers.
We conducted a 3-day marathon, which consisted of 3 live broadcasts. In the first 2 broadcasts, we talked about the profession of an SMM specialist and interested and prepared them for the opening of sales on the 3rd day of the broadcast. In the 3rd broadcast, we festively opened the sales and immediately hundreds of people started to pay during the broadcast.
We prepared the Sales Department.
Several weeks before the sales opening, we started hiring managers and creating a sales department. We hired 6 managers, trained them, created a sales script for the product, set up the technical part of the department, connected a CRM system, telephony, and so on. From the moment of the sales opening and for the next 2 weeks, the sales department worked non-stop and brought in about 70% of the total revenue.

Based on the author's expertise, we created a unique 3-month online course, hired a methodologist, a team of videographers, editors, curators who helped students successfully complete the course, and technical support. Thus, we successfully fulfilled our commitments to the students with the result: 85% of students successfully completed the course and reached the end, everyone received a ready case at the end of the course, and more than half of the students earned their first money in the first month.
